Suggested Use: On an empty stomach, 20 minutes before food or 2 hours after food. Below 100 pounds, take 1 softgel every day; over 100 pounds, take 1 to 2 softgels daily. Kids 4 years old & below may take1 softgel daily with Pediatrician’s supervision. May be increased based on body weight or specific concerns or as directed by their Pediatrician. May be take before going to bed to have a good night sleep. Do not use if seals are broken. Keep out of reach of children. For maximum effectiveness, take a 3 to 5-day break after 90 days of use, then, resume intake schedule.
